Ocean House Palm Beach is the latest building set to join the emerging residential precinct of Palm Beach after being given the green light this week by Gold Coast City Council.
The 8 level luxury tower will be built on a 488sqm site on Gold Coast Highway near Seventh Ave and backing onto Palm Beach Surf Club.
Designed by award winning Gold Coast firm BDA Architects, Ocean House comprises 8 full floor apartments with 3 bedrooms, Media/Multi-Purpose Room configurations.
Ocean House Palm Beach is being developed and marketed by Sydney based Macquarie York, a project development, marketing and consultancy firm with over 30 years combined industry experience.
