Director
Patrick has been in the property industry for over 20 years and involved in direct property development for over 10 years. As one of the Directors and Co-founders of Aecore, Patrick has created a culture in which people uphold the highest standards, persevere through difficulties and deliver the best outcomes for investors, finance partners and consumers.
Lee Cox
Director
As Aecore Director and Co-founder, bringing almost two decades of experience, Lee has deep knowledge and expertise in all aspects of property development and construction. He is a results focused professional who provides overarching management and strategy to lead the inception, acquisition, development delivery and asset management of a diverse range of aspirational living environments across Australia.
Roy Skaf
Project Development Manager
Roy Skaf brings over 20 years of experience across property finance and real estate. Roy leads the company's site acquisitions, management of the project life cycle from inception through to completion. Roy also heads the sales and marketing division of the business and is responsible for the company’s sales forecasting and results.
Peter Finn
Company Accountant
Peter has over 50 years of finance and accounting experience. Resourceful, focused and driven, Peter is responsible for the property portfolio reporting on all financial and management aspects for assets. With a wealth of knowledge across financial consulting, accounting and management, Peter plays an integral part of the Aecore brand throughout his tenure.
Tony Akkawi
Finance Analyst
After almost 15 years within the finance and investment sector, Tony has developed a thorough understanding of project analysis and delivery. Combining skills acquired through formal qualifications with a Major in Accounting and Business Law from the University of New South Wales and many years of experience, he ensures that Aecore continues to deliver projects successfully. Tony has worked across many companies within Australia and brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to Aecore.
Youssef M Akkawi
CFO
Joe Akkawi brings over 35 years of financial experience across the construction and finance industry. Joe heads Aecore's financial division whilst being responsible for Aecore's overall financial planning and analysing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions across the brand.
